About Us 

C.P.M

Welcome to our agency, proudly serving the community since 1980. The Corporation for Public Management, led by C.E.O Sean Dorantes, is dedicated to providing inclusive service options for adults with developmental disabilities. We emphasize wrap-around services, transportation support, and ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive person centered care. We offer residential services as well as day services throughout the state of Connecticut. Our goal is to enhance lives by offering a wide range of programs, opportunities, and essential resources to foster community engagement.

CPM is pleased to offer both continuous living arrangements as well as continuous residential services. We currently provide innovative Connecticut housing projects in Ellington, Trumbull, Somers, Vernon, East Hartford, Waterbury, Meriden, Naugatuck, Bridgeport, and Wilton.
